When should I start seeing results on reta?

I mean im doing slight cardio, around 30 min daily incline tred. But im not in a deficit kinda just eating whatever mainly eating protein but then again its hard to eat in reta. Im also on 2mg, i just pinned for the 3rd week today.

it will show up within a week likely . The main effect is a lack of feeling hungry and less dopamine so your cravings for other impulses might also decrease, but mainly going to be food related. How is your appetite?

Make sure to aim for 1lb protein per bodyweigh, and half your bodyweight in grams of carbs to avoid fatigue issues. Get some fats also, like 1/5-1/4th grams your bodyweight in lbs minimum.

If you don't eat enough cars you will feel very sleepy, and same for fats. Not enough protein and you will look flat and tiny when your cut is done
Yea I’ve definitely noticed the effects in appetite nit so much dopamine tho i dont feel like any effects in that changed, the main goal on this cut it so get shredded so im...

brah increase the reta to atleast 5 mg💔

Well if your not in a calorie deficit your not losing weight this is simple your pinning reta not clen if you want results drop the calories because if youre not then ur just wasting money

I definitely think im gonna lock in on protein its just hard with not wanting to eat and nithing looks good

Well im not in a deficit and ive already lost 6 pounds so

If you just have a high calorie deficit without gymceling and low protein and low carbs you will look flat and be extremely tired. Reta mainly stops your hunger cravings and boosts your metabolism a bit so you burn more fat 24/7 , but wont help in muscle preservation that much . It will help more then being natty but you need a good diet and training protocol otherwise you will end up looking skinny fat and flat despite losing a lot of weight

And then thing is even with a perfect diet and exercise regime you always lose some lean mass in a cut. That's natural. The only people who don't are new lifters who can build some muscle but if its a steep deficit that would be the case on reta it reduces the odds a lot more.

Muscle recompose where you build muscle and lose fat happen in lower calorie deficits like 200-300 calories. Most guys on reta are running crazy deficits like eating 1100-1300 calories a day when their maintenance might be 2100-2500 calories.

I would recommend not losing more then 2 pounds a week as more then that will hurt your strength holding abilities . But if your protein and carbs are good then it might work depending on your genetics and ability to preserve lean mass.

If you have grown up being the skinny kid then its likely you will not preserve lean mass as effectively on a cut with protein and carbs and training being equal vs somebody who was naturally more muscle or even the fat guy growing up. Those guys can preserve lean mass more effectively in a cut

The vomit max makes sense with higher doses. The fatigue comes from not purely reta, but rather a deep deficit. Aim for a carb intake at least 50% your bodyweight. Ideally 2/3 your bodyweight but usually in a deep deficit its gonna be hard to get that many carbs and fit your calories.

I would eat if your your like 150-170 lbs no less then 1300-1500 calories . I see a lot of fitness influencers pushing for 1000 calorie diets but I think thats too extreme and its gonna be very. difficult to fit in enough protein and carbs based on my experience. The lowest I feel you can do without feeling like total shit is 1300-1400 calories from my experience

bet that im gonna give 2 mg one more week might even bump it up to 3 but do you think 3 will create a dramatic difference in side effects (puking, no appetite, etc.) because im already strugge to get in my calories just on this low dose, another thing is i might hop on something to help preserve mass, icwas just gonna hop on test but i cant get bloodwork so it wouldnt be safe.
