When should I start taking AI

taking AI only works if your growth plates are closing right?

So im 16, websites estimate my tanner stage from 3.8-4.2

When to start

And my mom knows about BP so she refuses to give a scan of my growthplates as its a waste of time

I could get it for my birthday(october) or for my summer job (july)

how does your mom know about this shit? also,the results will be meh since your plates are "closing",meaning estradiol has already peaked.You'll need to run 6ius of hgh ATLEAST with the AI to even get anything out of this,look into metformin too to help with the insulin resistance

Im about 5,11 but I’m looking for frame and just bone mass in the face overall. Is there anyway this helps with that

go to urgent care by yourself if u have a copy of ur insurance card (worst comes to worst make a photocopy) and say youve had major persistent pain in your wrist after lifting heavy weights for weeks now. they will do an x ray, just ask if your growth plates are closed and theyll tell u.

dont take large doses of ai, if ur gonna do it half the dose youd usually do to prevent neurodegeneration as a result of dangerously low estrogen in youth

you dont need an ai then,run 5-6ius of hgh for your goals
