When should i start treating my acne scars, mid or after accutane? How?

I’m around 100days into accutane, and most of my acne has cleared up however i now have acne scars.
Should i start treating them now, or after i’m done with accutane?
I’m planning to do these for my PIE acne scars:
- Azelaic acid
- Microneedling
- Maybe topical tretinoin
Would those work? What else should i do?
