When should you apply sunscreen with Tretinoin?

Already applied it but staying inside because I didn’t put on sunscreen should I wait ?

Before going to sleep is bad I think because your face touches the pillow etc

When would you apply it otherwise? Because iirc whilst having tret on your face your face is much more prone to sun damage even if you're wearing sunscreen, so before sleep sounds like the lesser evil.

you should apply sunscreen 30 minutes b4 sun exposure

Your head shouldn't even be touching a pillow. Sleep on your back, w/ no pillow.
