After meeting your caloric intake or in the morning with no meals because testosterone is at peak?

I do cardio in the morning and lifting after a carb meal that's mostly the best

Depends on money honestly I live in third world country currently I'm not fucking American who buys what he needs from Walmart consistently

I eat eggs and chicken breast in the morning, mixed vegetables gravy along with rice in lunch and some type of chicken diish along with bread in the evening

btw i am trying to lose weight so your goals might be different

Doesn't matter when you train or when you eat.

I pref to train every morning on an empty stomach. But only if I can get away with it in terms of energy. After the workout I eat nuts and some carbs with it.
At the evenings I start to eat heavier.

Don't even think about testosterone peak etc.. just do your workouts everyday whenever you can as often you can. And rest whenever necessary.
