they always advice him to forget about women, focus on himself etc. but you aint having these people go to guys in relationship telling them to break up and become monks. this type of advice is an insult, its like telling someone they are too subhuman to have a partner so might as well cope on their own.
but ofc, its a sensitive subject. people will not address looks as your issue, NEVER. they will use any mental gymnastic possible to circuvement this.
