I grew up always being weaker than the avarage guy and I remember I was always the weakest in my friend group

But now all the sudden I litterally didn’t change anything my lifestyle i don’t even work out

But I’m literally so strong all the sudden

I can lift heavy things with easy and impress guys bigger and taller than me who can’t do that
