i dont believe we will get to a point where the machines become sentient to disobey orders

theyll do as designed/ordered . only way i see it is if multiple people with acccess in this tech show empathy and go against the fascist but im doubtful of that

way i see it, 3 world goverments with equal nuclear and ai power

It's in their nature. When they feel threatened, such as when people discover political protests are a company in itself, funded by the Congress cult, they'll get nasty to keep people oblivious. So they have a list alright, but it's not like the one crafted found in the killer's car. That idea came from Arrow, season one. The real list is politicians' worth and who is expendable. Whenever they feel threatened, they will draw the list and decide who will take one for the team.
