When to do surgery?

I was thinking of getting bimax for a while now and have a little saved up already (still need to wagecuck for a year or so cuz i get 900€ a month) when is it smart to do surgery im Turning 18 next month and i am a late Bloomer so i will still grow like a inch in height and probably get some bone facially will that intervene somehow or do i just save to like 20k€ and start talking to a ortho next year (in germany)

Just get it done in Turkey, realistically you'll get the same results and you get to ascend quicker.

Idk I’m currently looking for a plan to get free rhino. I’m sure I can do it somehow but I don’t rly know how u can achieve this.

In a period u dont see people like if u go to school do it during vacation and maybe grow ur beard ahead of time to shave it after the surgery to fraud to normies

cant grow a beard im kinda fat and it frauds my maxilla projection i was planing on taking like maybe 3-4 weeks of work and then call sick for like another 2 weeks and starve in that that time so it looks like weightloss and braces ascended me

I only know the German. Meine Nasenscheidewand ist ungleich Stört nicht aber kann man operieren lassen und von privatkasse übernehmen lassen. Da kann man dann auch gleichzeitig rhino machen. Da es dort sowie so gemacht wird und in die Kategorie fällt

i think thats only aesthetically tho it wont cover it unless your very young and cry and say you cant live like that and u will kys or smth,
