When to get genio+gonion implants after midface implants?

15 days post op canthoplasty inframalar paranasal implants and rhinoplasty and swelling went down faster than i expected i just look like i took a few good punches to my eyes no post surgery subhuman look i expected i also want to get done with my lower third asap when is it a good time? Is 2 months too early or should i wait for 3 full months to be over. I think on 2 months there should be no more infection or shifting risk of old implants and contour should be pretty much settled.

I want to talk about it during my next check up but im afraid my doctor might think im mentally ill since im barely post op 2 weeks
