If you've made up your mind, get it before. 1 year should be fine to recover to the point you're walking without looking funny.

Some people are relatively normal after a year of recovery, for some it takes 2 years or more.

Make sure to stretch and strengthen all the time. Go with a reputable doc in a first world country. Good luck fellow LL’er.

if he takes the recovery seriously and has good nutrition he can recover within a year. if he takes bpc157 and maybe anavar it will be even quicker
