When to start taking ai

15 years old, I grew 2-2.5cm this month (172->174-174.5) most likely during my growth spurt. When should I start taking ai? Because rn im tanner 3-4 and I have an ai but not sure when to start taking it because i'm sure now is too early since im during a growth spurt and growth isn't slowing down at all
