Before sleep or after waking up and with fat rich food or empty stomach

To answer your question:
  • there is no 'best' time to take dutasteride, but it is important to take it around the same time everyday.
  • Dutasteride can be taking with or without food, doesn't matter.
Just remember to take it around the same time everyday then you are all set.
