I just got my erda capsules and was wondering when it's best to take, like at night day, or afternoon?

Also i heard Its better to take with pomegranate juice to promote other pathway

Grapefruit too, it inihib of CYP3A4 what can extend the validity in blood
BUT! According to the person who takes erda dont inihib of CYP3A4, you will get more side effects
