I got angry multiple times this week i dont usually get angry alot but this week was a bad week for me.

i got angry today since i argued with my dad
and i got angry yesterday on my ai agent for not following my request

i havent gotten angrier since tho, like only today and yesterday, than the last time behind those was months ago.

The last time I got pissed was at my psychiatrist meeting, they were just spewing random shit like finding patterns to see if i be having a “depressive episode” because my mood is always at an all time low
