Sometimes Id love to cry to get all the misery out of me, but unfortunately I dont even get goosebumps from anything anymore

My mind has adapted itself to the bad events permanently

Really hurts my head and causes me to collapse frequently

I refuse to take pills as they will make me more addicted and Id kms as a reflex if given the opportunity to get rid of these thoughts
