Screens do distract me from reading but I do genuinely enjoy reading. Could lie in bed for hours with a good book. I like science fiction, action and mystery/detective genres

I try to read at least 1 page each day and digest as much from that 1 page as possible which is what
I find works best for me rather than storming through various book without actually absorbing the
information
