I discovered lookism.net and r/incels accidentally back in 2017. But my mindset was still pretty normie then so I just thought they were some edgy shitholes. Now I really regret not having taken lookism seriously and started looksmaxing in 2017 tbh ngl.

Mid 2017: I suddenly felt I had missed out on so much and started to have that get back my lost youth mindset - I started to read normalfag advice on reddit.

Later 2017: I discovered lookism.net and r/incels by accident but didn't take them seriously.

Early- mid 2018: I lost a lot of weight, got abs and installed tinder. I thought I'd slay but reality was disheartening. So I began to think there might be something wrong with my looks.

Late 2018: Got a new gf but discovered Braincels +.co around the same time. It took me less than a week to swallow the blackpill.

Late 2018- early 2019: joined looksmax.me but still thought my looks were "OK"

Mid 2019: couldn't stand my receding hairline anymore so I got HT

Late 2019 : couldn't stand my recessed bloated face anymore so I got genio + buccal fat removal

Now early 2020 : planning on my almond eye surgery + bimax. Be chad or die trying.

I remember sometime in 2018 or 2017 (don't remember which) making a reddit account so I could ask r/MGTOW how to go my own way, since I knew then that it was over for me, and I wanted to end my desire for a girlfriend. (Funny in hindsight, since most of them are clearly struggling with that as well.) Some people there told me they were in the same situation and called themselves incels. I had recently heard of the incel community, since knowledge of it was just starting to become mainstream, but I hadn't given thought to it because I didn't realize just how relevant it was to me. At that point, I knew I'd fit in like a squirrel in a tree, so I joined up immediately.

It's taken time, but the incel community has purged my mind of the toxic sludge, and I no longer want a girlfriend, at least not one made of flesh and bone.

Oh, I remember now, it was 2017. I know this because I made my incels.is account in early 2018, and I had been a poster on r/braincels for many months prior to my creation of that account.
