I feel like I’m trapped in my head like I’m watching myself live without actually living. I’ve done basically everything I can, have a good daily routine, had therapy, got out in nature, stopped smoking but it just won’t fucking go. It’s been 2 years and it’s driving me insane, I haven’t felt real for as long as I can remember
