When will they understand that you cant just love yourself out of nowhere?

Everthing you feel about something comes from a root cause, if you never had good experiences and never received real validation growing up.
Your brain just never got the validation of being worthy of love

They rarely receive bad experiences in life

Even in the age from 1-5 its already building how you view the word and interact with it.
The first 5 years of your life is already building the fundament of your personality

very true but this isnt a set stone, in the future when u are older it is possible to shift from this if those were detrimental years it'll just take a lot of time and effort and most people wouldn't do that so they rather be filled up with meds
