said he only does it combined with another surgery (money reasons i guess)

Most of the stuff you see here is just bimax/genio/rhino/fat grafting and then some eye surgeries

Yeah IDK why it's such a big deal on org. Its like 45 minute or so procedure. It didn't even cost that much to have a high quality surgeon do it. I think I got charged ~3,500 to do this in a major American market.

is not lateral commisuroplasty a surgery which widens the lip corners lmao? I am asking because most people with narrow lips have narrow palates, so if you just widen your lips and smile stays narrow would it not be uncanny? Like I am genuinely curious

Great. Also the idea that it's used to widen mouth is something org mostly jerks off to. Yes it can be used for that to some degree but primary indicator/usage is down turn commissures. I've talked to multiple people who have had it. They all got it for down turned commissures.

Eppley is the only one who advertises it as mouth widening. Although he's also the only one that advertises it. It's a very niche that is rarely done procedure. I know my surgeon even turns down most people who ask for it. Since they don't need it, typically they just need a Bullhorn lip lift.

Eppleys prolly charging 20k+ for it aswell so yeah not even gn thibk abt it then lol. How much did it widen ur mouth if any btw

Epply is kinda a wiredo who is extremely unorthodoxed. He's built his practice around that. He's done some good work in implants I have to admit but as a surgeon he's just really out there.

Damn thats insane, how much have u objectively ascended thats so crazy and any botchs or hass it been all good so far. Yeah his site does seem all over the ppace yer pretty detailed it’s so odd lol. I honestly wish i could get implants at his (looking into malars and maybe infras but we’ll see how that plays out mext month) and his seem really good. I’m prolly just gn get mine done at eren pera or mehmet tho.
