When will the acne ever end

Does it even get better, I was looking at some pictures from around 2 years ago and I didn’t have anything and suddenly the fucking acne hit me about a year ago. I am doing skincare every single day and it’s getting better but it won’t fully go away, wil it go away when I’m done with puberty or should I take Isotretinoin
