Yeah it's mostly genetics.
You can improve to some extent, just not to a great extent.
Having realistic expectations is key. Some people are just coping that they can ascend to the high heavens with looksmaxxing.
Also, people also tend to overhype surgery, downplaying its cost, the potential serious health complications and the recovery, plus most importantly they tend to overestimate to what they degree it can improve you.
Most people's issue isn't one or two features, it's just how everything in their face works together.
Just take a look at some people's before and after pic when they had gotten a nosejob or a chin implant or some fillers, they only become marginally more attractive.
The best you can do is build muscle, drop to low body fat, get a nice haircut, dress better.
Perhaps grow a beard if you can grow a decent one and it improves your lower face. Some slight tan might help as well.
Wear sunscreen especially if you're out on the sun a lot. Have some basic skin care routine, if you want, mostly for hydration.
Take good care of your teeth, fix misalignment if there is any. Nice white teeth are key.
Fraud height a bit with tall shoes and shoe lifts if you want.
Get on accutane if you have significant acne.
Get on finasteride if you notice hair loss early.
If you were a 5'10 MTN, where most men are by default, this simple stuff will get you in the top 10% of men for sure. Vast majority of men look like shit.
After that better focus on money, social status, social capital, and socializing in general, instead of worrying about not being some 6'5 guy with Henry Cavill's face.
Lastly, don't be a faggot.
