You know when you look at yourself and see your best self in the mirror. It is usually after multiple days of good rest and gym time. Usually a couple of hours after waking up or a couple before going to bed. You are rested, and your skin is clear, and you had a haircut about a week before. Your hair is styled well and your shirt fits tight. Keep the easy stuff up while we save up to correct our imperfections. Feels good knowing you are in top form but it feels like I am only top form once a month at most. Heres a reminder to try to be that every day!

I sometimes find myself beautiful and sometimes ugly idk tho

Cope, you gotta be objective. you can't just look amazing one day and shit the next unless you got into an accident or sth lol. if you looked in the mirror one day and were like "Damn i suddenly look good," you most likely felt amazing at that moment and your positive mindset influenced the way you perceived yourself but your bones haven't changed. you need to learn how to disregard emotion when rating yourself so you don't over/underrate

You are a retard.

I tend to feel better about myself when I avoid mirrors or other reflective surfaces
