When you have been fat once. loose skin/fat

I was a fatcel with 80kg, and lost 10kg. I look skinny now, but still around my belly and chest there is some loose fat that feels like loose skin.
I think when you are fat once, you have fatcels that will never go away ever again.
Also beeing skinny fat is the worst you can be.

how fast did you lose the weight? You have a higher chance of having loose skin if you lose weight too fast

There are prcedures like body fx that tighten the skin (sort of works), male tummy tuck to cut away loose skin but will leave a scar. I heard apparently human growth hormone can help (don't quote me on that) also extremely long fasting causes autophagy to eat consume excess skin for calories (don't quote me on that).
