I got the same issue yo. Sometimes js letting it out helps a lot but I have to fight against myself just to let a tear out. Whenever I do get the feeling to cry my body automatically starts bottling it up. I feel like its because I was told that men have to keep their emotions to themselves sometimes and whenever I would cry someone would hear me and it'd always end in me being treated as smth lesser
