I once had one that looked like the guy in your avi except super skinny. Poor guy couldn't speak english at all. I don't mean bad english or an accent or something. I mean he didn't understand english.
He gave me the wrong order and he got hit by the door as well somehow and hurt himself
It was so sad to see. I hope he gets better soon. I wish him the best
