When you're faking experience, is it seen as a red flag if the CEO of the business you're using is employed elsewhere while running that company?

It's an IT staffing company for example. The CEO of it works a normal job while running that company. Would it look sketchy to employers?

where do u live? In America, for White collar jobs, "trainee" programs where they accept ppl with no exp are incredibly rare.
