Had a mild case of pericoronitis last summer but that only lasted for about a week and everything felt normal again afterwards.

2014 was the last time pretty sure
Just supplement K2 and get good calcium intake, pretty sure gut health is a big part also.

Hmmmm I’ve thought about getting my gums contoured. I’ve done it before back in Korea and it really helped but I don’t want to get recessed gums like @DwayneWhite55

I went to dentist back in December for a checkup. He said my teeth were in good condition but I think he thought I was autistic schizo when I started asking him if I could get copy of the X-rays, if he could fix my 1mm overbite, if he could whiten my teeth right at that moment, and if he could laser contour my gums
