Where am i suppose to hit on my clavicles?

So i recently started doing shoulder barges/bone smashing my clavicles so i can widen my frame and idk if im supposed yo do it in the red lr blue. I was hitting it with my door on the red circle and that shit fucken hurt pretty bad. Can someone lmk?

wont work and if you want lenght wouldnt you hit by the shoulder where the bone ends? why tf would hitting the middle of the clav make ur frame wider
