Where and how would you get surgery if you had 3rd class underbite?

Im not from 1st world countries and obv medicine here is underdeveloped so i will clearly need to move somewhere else for the surgery. What country would you recomend, i heard Turkey is good for hair transplant, but im not sure if we can say the same about orthodentical surgeries on skull...

germany might be rich in the good areas but its also dependant on the surgeon, do some research and see if anywhere in america or some good european country would qualify for your need
