I haven’t seen anyone else with this, and it’s getting in my head a bit. When I smile, the corners of my mouth kind of disappear, and it makes it look like I have long weird dimples on my cheeks. I’m not sure if this is just how my face is structured, something caused by trauma at a young age, or if it’s due to fat pads in that area. Has anyone else experienced this? Is there a way to fix or reduce this effect?

Overthinking it.
