Where can i ask for opinions from actual orthodontists or students on the matter

R/orthotropics on reddit is basically dead, ive made a post about my situation but ive received no help so far.
My current dentist and orthodontist are kinda bluepilled and wont take in consideration a palatal expander and almost never talk about it.
There might be an orthodontist specialized in maxillary development in my city but im not sure if I can reach out to him
