basically none, Ipamorelin or CJC-1295 can be used since it can sometimes be a medical term, but at your age doing any peptide or steroids will be a bad idea. say for ghd (hgh) usage will make you 2-4 inchs or more depending when u use it, but if u missuse it, it can interfere with your natrual height growth making your max height potential be less then it would.

so ur just saying i should wait it out and grow naturally? but if i did take peptides, what age do u think i should take and what height should i start taking if i havent surpassed it by a certain age?

yes you should wait and grow naturally a bit and take them with good useage and not misuse i, you can start at 16 - 17 for height growth peptides since around 18-20s your growth plates are closed and cant get height at all unless u do surgery imo
