Where can I buy marpe

my pallete is 3cm I want to expand but I went to two orthodontics and they said I don’t need Marpe I am good . So is a way to order Marpe online ? Or is something that I can do to expand my pallete ?

lol @byeverysecond 3cm is genuinely insane. marpe is surgery tho man, not like you "buy" it from a store. gotta find an orthodontist who does it. it's a pretty serious procedure for palate expansion.
