Hello I'm a new graycel. I am trying to heightmaxx as I am 176.5cm in the morning (5'9.5) and would like to maintain that height to fraud a strong 5'10 normie height with small shoe lifts and long hair.
I am 21 years old and am still coping about my growth plates still not being fully closed potentially, as I've heard cases of people growing up until 23/25 years old. I understand I sound retarded, and I have hair on my ass and chest and back already which means they are 99% closed, but on the off chance that I can still grow an inch, I don't want to cuck myself with Glucosamine as I've heard it lowers your igfv-1 whatever the fuck levels that allow you to grow.
All the compounds I find online include Glucosamine, and even ChatGPT couldn't find some shit with only MSM/Chondroitin, but is there anyone who found capsules with only the 2? Or found good options that have MSM and Chondroitin seperate?
