You could literally go to any information forum on anything that has a certain intellectual level and you will see a lot of men who could talk to you about interesting and high IQ topics but no women.

I think another factor to take into account is other female traits like high agreeableness high neuroticism ect. These traits are perfect for low level employees or secretary type jobs but bad for decision making in general. Even a high IQ woman would probably run a company worse then a guy even if he was dumber because of these reasons.

Well, to be honest most of them I met on Discord, some are aspies but they can be smart.

My native language is Spanish, I guess you speak English, it will be easier to find intelligent girls but they usually have private servers and it is difficult to socialize with them.

Those 4% females got affirmative action as well. I go to a T10 school for high energy theory (am undergrad though), around 10% women in my grad school for that topic. If you look at admission statistics the avg GPA and physics GRE for women is much lower. It's still high it's not like they're stupid, mostly 3.7+ and 95th percentile GREs, but there's probably a dozen men that had better stats and got rejected because they were men and had to compete with other men. The smartest people will almost always be men because males simply have greater variability than women do.
