I'm not sure. But it's not a death sentence and will go away a few weeks after you stop taking it. Just focus on height and health maxing, take a high quality multivitamin and play sports and GET SUNLIGHT. GET AS MUCH VITAMIN D AS POSSIBLE

Don't megadose MK take the recommended dosage. Reduced insulin sensitivity is no joke.
