Do moderate gym. Not too much not too little. How much is depending on genetics. Don’t wanna look like a gymcel. Ottermode Body is ideal.

If you lose hair consider fin + minox

Are you recessed? If yes consider bimax

Do you have a weak jaw? Consider implants.

Do you have a ugly nose? Consider rhino

Do you have acne? Consider accutane and different diet.

Consider latisse for better lashes or eyeliner for dark circles around eyes

Fillers or implants on cheeks if you feel like you need them.


Look up which haircut fits your headshape

Maybe get a stubble.
