Guys, I live in Italy and I need a prescription for Finasteride, but my dermatologist didn't wanted to, cause she thought that it was too strong as a starting point.
Then, do you know any online dermatologist that can help me? Or any other way?

Maybe run minoxidil for now to try and halt things until you hit like 19/20. You could try GHK-cu, red light, nizoral etc. If your set on using a 5ar inhibitor go with topical fin.
