Where can I get a job without them BITCHING about my hair?

I am 16 and I want a part-time job. I JUST NEED A SOURCE OF INCOME SO I CAN MAKE MY OWN MONEY BUT NO.
I have long wavy fluffy hair, not down to my shoulders but certainly long, every fucking job wants me to tie my hair up so I can look like a subhuman all day.

Anyways I applied to home depot, the only job I could find without fucking hair and dress code, but IDGAF about the dress code.

Any companies or ideas?? Where can I apply where I do not have to chop off my hair or tie it up?

i mean theoretically i am required to tie it but have good relations/chill managers so they don’t care. Just stop tying it after like a week or say you forgot your hair tie usually they won’t care
