but do not cook yourself and do this too early like 16 because 16 is when you grow the most and u will close ur growth plates by doing that im doing it bc i dont need more height and i wanna get good mandible, if i were u just prepare for it so when ur 17 u will have 2 years exp or more of gym and will explode out of your tshirt in mass bc u already trained well
do it like first month of 17 u will be chilling also hgh may be cope
