Where can I get gyno surgery and how much

How do I even get started? This will be my first surgery. I have a new government job and I can save like 20k a year just extra unused money that I have. I can get surgeries and shit now. Most notably I definitely need gyno surgery because I hate the look of it.

Please help me.

I know it's a little late, but I just happened to see this post right now.

You could consider going on tamoxifene for a while before choosing to proceed with surgery. Depending on how bad your gyno is, you might be able to reduce a considerable amount of it to the point where surgery would not be needed. It sounds like you could afford the surgery without much trouble, though, but if you want to look into it it might be worth a try.
