I've been looking for the same but concluded only monobloc is actually good enough. I think even if it might be harder to find, we have to instead search for the few surgeons willing to perform monobloc. So far I've been calling every surgeon's office in my country and no luck. I advise you to do the same and report back, then we can mark 2 countries off the map at least

How subhuman do you have to be to need monobloc? Odds are you don’t truly need it and a doctor will laugh in your face for suggesting something so absurd for a non syndromic case

Already have done so dumbass. Had off the shelf medpor implants and ascended hard asf from them for my negative vector. You won’t be getting a lefort 3 and if you’re truly a case for it I’m sorry you have crouzon syndrome

i will realistically not get it , enjoy infection in few years btw with medpor all you need is a little bacteria around the implant. Also they look bloated af you're just coping probably because you can't go back

all you said doesn't matter without pics anyway until you let other people rate your result including with harsh lighting where implants look botched the most , i have money for all hardmax i want , i did genio and stopped there for greater good. Also the fact you didn't have infection for 3 years doesn't mean you won't have it in future , your knowledge is so poor you just need an infected tooth and bacteria can travel up to your implant and colonize it , good luck tho i hope it won't happen.
