where can i get surgery without a medical reason?

surgeries like le fort and bimax which are usually reserved for sleep apnoea sufferers

i do have a very clicky jaw and i can’t really open my mouth wide without getting cramps in my jaw but idk what that’s a sign of, or if i could blag a bimax through it

where do i go for these types of surgery if it’s for cosmetic reasons?

You can't get a bimax because of a jaw that clicks sometimes, in fact, they might even disallow you from getting the surgery, since bimax can aggravate symptoms of TMJ disorder.

You have to have a medical reason which requires mandibular advancement to fix (sleep apnea for instance), not just any random issue you have with your jaw.
