if ur in america maybe even other countries idk, amazon pharmacy, if u have a prime acc theyll give u 2 weeks free to their partner which will prescribe u, u dont even gotta do anything complicated just answer a few questions they might ask to see pics and if u even have a speck of redness they'll prescribe, there really are no prerequisites as long as you have skin u got it, i paid $20 for mine came next day. if u dont have prime i think its like $20? to request a prescription
