Thats impossible, every bank requires an id. Your only other option would be to get something like a safety deposit box or storage locker but even those places require ids usually. I think the only option would be to go to a local place, not owned or franchised or anything like that, and open some sort of safety deposit box. A few years ago I had to do this in new york city, so I went to a place in chinatown and I could open a box with no id or anything, just asked me to write my name and phone number
