Just buy a matching fullz & pro w/ face+id photos (make sure it lines up with whatever state you're in, if you don't live in the states stop reading here) off telegram for like $600 and verify the account.

Send the ammo to an abandoned house or unoccupied residence in your area, shotgun shells won't go through an FFL or anything (most ammo types won't, although I've heard of black tips and green tips being regulated before)

Buying ammo should be easy, a gun is much harder (you will be caught for buying a gun in another's name though, I don't recommend this, find a separate source because your weapon will be tracked if you live in the US) but it's possible to do that in someone else's name as well, the issue with buying online is just finding a fullz+pro that matches your region and making it through the 3-day period in which your local FFL background checks your person (this shit is like impossible, but I've seen some black people on telegram pull this off)
