Meh that doesn't even matter much, could as well be some novorossiya """volunteer""" taking his pellet rifle out so there's always that area to cope out of plausible deniability; but there are thousands of cases of shit like this with actual high-level military component of combined arms and backbone of modern force - lack of tanks & mobilising T-55s (which can in practice be considered a WWII-level tank), deficiency in guided AT, expensive AA missiles being used as non-guided rocket artillery out of desperation, wasting insane amount of ordnance on civilian targets and then being left short to defend from actual military targets;
inability to carry out proper modern-day military operations like no ability to SEAD & still no air superiority = non secured areas, which took most drastic course in famous VDV massacres;
horrid tactical planning and practices like no communications set up and having to rely on cell phones, inability to coordinate artillery strikes and air support, inability for different branches or even singular units to cooperate (and then blaming one another for another failure), complete lack of discipline and infighing among commanders;
and finally, high command being shuffled and switched out and demoted and replaced, which shows how little meritocracy exists in their ranks and how these people reached their positions only by lucky strike or via various shadow arrangements.
It could be listed on and on for hours, but whatever. Funniest thing is that most of this stuff is not even from western sources, but from Russians, like Strelkov. But nutjob "leftists" and "patriotic" magatards will cope with saying it's NATO propaganda lmao. They don't want information, not even from Russians, they just want to cope in peace.
