I don't get it. All you need to do is step inside the gym at a busy time to see how much it can ascend someone. I've seen boneless LTNs who easily became HTNs because they had mogger physiques. It's easily one of the best looksmaxxes if done correctly.

Unrealistic expectations, it does increase looks but it takes a lot of effort and not everyone is willing to put it in.

Anyway you are exaggerating when you say boneless people ascend from gymcelling. It is important for MTN - HTN to stand apart and nichemax (healthbro). Chadlite and above just need to be lean and lower than MTN is not getting much apart from health benefits.

Even if you're Chad, you still gain a huge SMV boost from gymcelling. Idk, I just think the difference between skinny and 4+ years in the gym is absolutely insane.

Being chad is a result of good genetics so they also have good frame on average.

If you have at least an average or slightly better than average face, why would you not go to the gym and get a ripped physique to improve another 0.5 PSL?

The only reason is laziness, people don't want to drive or walk to the gym every 2 days, eat protein diligently and work hard.
Muscles are one thing you cannot buy with any amount of money, you have to put in tons of effort. Even if you are a roider, it does show dedication and the ability to commit to hard work.

Hormones are most important - sleep helps get highest levels, nutrients rebuild and heal muscles bigger/stronger, routine causes hypertrophy. Alternatively for high T just take T, for recovery just take HGH. Lots of IFBB pros have poor sleep but still make gains cus roids

so am I lmfao on trt rn, bulking is easy hahaha, I have solid contractile tissue, I need to lose 3-4kg of pure fat and ill be 10% bodyfat and ill be weighing over 80kg btw at 180cm, its 1:25am and all I want is some junk food, im not even hungry its just that carbs put me to sleep like a baby and I enjoy netflix more with sugar in my mouth, I would be the last person on this earth to be chosen as a green lantern because of how weak my willpower is

Would’ve been smart to get well disciplined(diet, rest, routine) before becoming enhanced. Especially if ur going on and off cycle, but trt is long term afaik

we are like evolved to be skinny and frail for maximum running distance output and we are not made for strength. When you carry so much muscle it is unnatural and girls are repulsed please stop going to the gym all of you
